Secure Stash Child - Resistant Zipper

We are officially launching our new Secure Stash Child-Resistant Zipper and we are here to tell you everything you need to know!

In the past, we offered a Red Child-Guard sliding zipper as our child resistant zipper option, but we are slowly transitioning into this new Secure Stash Child Resistant zipper to replace our old option. This new CRZ looks more like a normal, standard zipper placed 1.25” to 1.5” down depending on other features you choose, instead of being on the top of the bag.

This new CRZ also has a requirement of including ‘opening instructions’ on the back panel of your artwork, which allows them to be certified & helps your customers ensure they are using properly.

Roastar is currently only certified for this new zipper in pouches that have a width of 5.375”, but we are working on certifications for additional sizes, which we hope to release soon!
