Common questions about the tin can end

What is the difference between the valved ends?

We offer two types of valved ends for our custom tin cans.

Valved End - Peel & Stick: Tin cans come with a smooth, seamed edge and a supply of valved, peel & stick closures. Once your product is filled, the peel & stick closure is hand-applied to the inner ring of the can. The peel & stick closure is a silver foil laminate with a degassing valve, and a strong adhesive to keep your product contents fresh without the need for a can seamer.

Valved End - Seamer Required: Tin cans will come with a raw edge, and you will be supplied with valved, aluminum ends with a pull-top opening. Once your product is filled, the valved end is applied using a can seamer.

We offer only the Valved End - Peel & Stick for our blank tin cans.
