Job Purpose

As a Marketing Manager at Roastar, Inc., you will play a critical role in building the marketing strategy and executing all marketing efforts within our eCommerce B2C business model. You will be responsible for developing an overall strategy, implementing, tracking the success and ongoing optimization of all marketing efforts help drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, growth and loyalty. You will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as vendor/partners, eCommerce, and Sales & Service to bring marketing campaigns to life. Additionally, you are detail-oriented, an expert communicator, creative and have a passion for digital marketing and brand management.

A Typical Day / Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive brand awareness, acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Manage the entire marketing funnel – awareness, consideration, conversion, loyalty.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis, and use this information to inform SEO/SEM marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendor/partners, eCommerce, and Sales & Service, to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives and major campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, merchandising and content, email, social and content marketing.

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.

  • Collaborate with the vendors on project work to deliver assets that align with our strategy and company goals.

  • Serve on the Leadership Team as a key member in building and executing company’s strategic plan.

  • Manage and lead the Marketing Team and manage outside Vendor relationships and work.

  • Lead weekly team meetings; provide input on to-do’s and issues and execute quarterly rock milestones.

  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating funds effectively across different channels and campaigns.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

  • Participate in occasional travel for tradeshows and marketing events (~10-15%)

Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 5+ years Marketing Management, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing or other relevant experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing (SEM, SEO, email, social, etc.) and brand management.

  • Experience with Marketing automation tools and program execution.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficient in using marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, hyper-growth organization.

  • Ability to creatively problem solve across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about organizational excellence and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with multiple priorities, prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Dependable and punctual.

  • A genuine passion for coffee and coffee culture is a plus.

Standard office or office/remote hybrid work environment. This position offers flexibility to be semi-remote, with the expectation of 2-3 days in-office weekly to collaborate with the team.

Additional in-office days may be required to support projects and initiatives.

Occasional travel to tradeshows and marketing events (~10-15%).
